The Ingenious soles track gait through force-sensitive resistors that are placed under the heel, toe, and sides of the foot. Through these sensors, the insoles will gather instant information of your different shifts while walking or running. These insoles not only track your foot posture but also help correct it if there is imbalance. There are also four  air pockets one under the toes, one under the heel, one under the inner of the foot and one on the outer of the foot to help realign the foot whenever there is imbalance by shifting higher the air pocket on the side that has too much pressure.
